A business caller readily accepts that you do not always answer, as long as it is clear when you do. Mention your calling hours and point to email for documents and questions; it suits the nature of the work.

Voicemail
“You have reached the voicemail of [firm name]. Please leave your name, company name and phone number, and your contact person will call you back within one business day.”
